Returns (90 Days)
If you purchased a product directly from the Vyne® Products website, we offer a 90 day refund based on your original method of payment. Full shipping refunds are provided for US Domestic shipping only. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including, manuals, and documentation shipped with the product. Our Support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for refund or replacement. All returns must be shipped to Vyne® Products prepaid (We cannot accept COD deliveries). All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
A customer may return any item(s) purchased from www.vyneproducts.com for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase. Items purchased from authorized Vyne Products resellers can be returned to the reseller according to their individual return policy.
If you return a gift purchased with a Gift Card, the Gift Card will be credited the amount of the item. If you wish to return a product you received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e., the Credit Card used for the original purchase). When returning a gift, please provide the Order Number or purchaser's name, address, and telephone number to assist in the processing of the return.
Warranty Replacements (1 Year)
If you purchased a product directly from the Vyne® Products' website OR an authorized reseller, we offer a One Year Limited Warranty.
